Cegelec designed a methodology specific to pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up operations. A team of 200 NRG and Cegelec experts can be called on at any time and immediately sent to a site. Cegelec uses its own tool CISCOM, but also others such as ICAPS, to plan and follow-up the commissioning and start-up of activities:

• Functional tests
• Pre- start-up activities (leak tests, chemical cleaning, etc...)
• Operational tests (major rotating equipment, Safety & control systems)
